1 year or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first. After expiration, cost maintenance service is provided within the guarantee period of 12 months. If a quality problem arises during the warranty period and is verified to be caused by our genset-body rather than external or natural reasons (such as natural disasters, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc.), we will supply relevant spare parts free of charge (shipping not included). Quick-wear parts are not included in this warranty, such as water tank, gasket, AVR, bridge group, brush, air breaker, meters, etc.

 

Additionally, there is a 6-month warranty for the start motor, charging alternator, injector, controller, and water heater (shipping not included).
