At Fuan Dongchai Power Co., Ltd., we offer a warranty of 1 year or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first, for our gensets. Within the guarantee period of 12 months, we provide cost maintenance services. If any quality problems arise during the warranty period due to issues with our genset-body (excluding external or natural causes such as natural disasters, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong operation, etc.), we will supply the necessary spare parts free of charge (shipping not included). Please note that quick-wear parts like water tanks, gaskets, AVR, bridge groups, brushes, air breakers, meters, etc., are not covered under this warranty.

 

Additionally, we offer a 6-month warranty for start motors, charging alternators, injectors, controllers, and water heaters (shipping not included).
