At Fuan Dongchai Power Co., Ltd., we offer a warranty of 1 year or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first. Within this period, we provide cost maintenance services. If any quality problems arise during the warranty period due to issues with our genset-body (excluding external or natural causes such as natural disasters, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong operation, etc.), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge (shipping not included). Please note that quick-wear parts like water tank, gasket, AVR, bridge group, brush, air breaker, meters, etc., are not covered under this warranty.

 

Additionally, we offer a 6-month warranty for start motor, charging alternator, injector, controller, and water heater (shipping not included).
