Our warranty covers our gensets for a period of 1 year or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first. During this time, if any quality problems arise that are caused by our genset-body and not external or natural reasons, we will provide free spare parts for replacement (shipping not included). Please note that quick-wear parts such as water tanks, gaskets, AVR, bridge groups, brushes, air breakers, meters, and others are not included in the warranty coverage.

In addition, we offer a 6-month warranty for the start motor, charging alternator, injector, controller, and water heater (shipping not included).

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your generators?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 1 set.

Q2: What is the lead time for delivery?

A: The lead time is typically 20 days after receiving your deposit. However, if your order includes special engine and alternator specifications, the delivery time may be longer.

Q3: Can I have my own brand on the generator?

A: Yes, we can accommodate your own brand on the generator, but we require your authorization.

Q4: Which port do you use for loading?

A: We can load the generators at any port in China, but usually, we use Fuzhou port.

Q5: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept T/T with a 30% advance payment, and the remaining 70% should be paid before shipment. Alternatively, we also accept L/C at sight.
